UK Band Johnny Foreigner will be touring SA from 13 to 28 February

Johnny_Foreigner.jpgIn February 2010 we see Johnny Foreigner and their team of ghosties will be hitting African soil for the first time for their “Shut up and Choose your Side!” SA Tour.

A year after the release of the critically lauded and much blogged about debut album ‘Waited Up Till It Was Light’, JOHNNY FOREIGNER return with their brilliant second record ‘Grace and the Bigger Picture’, set for release through Best Before Records (Franz Ferdinand, Crystal Castles, Dananananaykroyd, Kaizer Chiefs). The album was recorded in NYC, produced by Alex Newport  also the Johnny_Foreigner_live.jpgproducer for Death Cab, Rival Schools, At the Drive In and The Mars Volta.

After an incredible 2008 including a debut album, 2 full headline tours and shows and support slots with Idlewild, Los Campesinos, Young Knives, Blood Red Shoes, The Subways, Forward Russia, Dinosaur Jr and the Futureheads, appearances at SXSW, Great Escape, Lounge on the Farm, Truck, Lovebox, Lattitude, Standon Calling, Hurricane & Southside (Germany), T in the Park, Summersonic (Japan), Reading and Leeds, CMJ (Fader Party NYC) Offset and Sugarhill festivals and a few more, JOHNNY FOREIGNER start the onslaught all over again.
